*In table 5, the census data corresponding to Asian/Pacific Islander and American Indian/Alaskan Native are reversed. The correct census estimate and rate in 2008 for Asian/Pacific Islander was 236,236 (2% of the total population) and 32.6/100,000, respectively. The correct census estimate and rate in 2008 for American Indian/Alaskan Native was 54,714 (1% of the total population) and 80.4/100,000, respectively.
