Pathways to Potential in the Schools
We believe everyone in Michigan has the potential to achieve their dreams. Some just need extra support and assistance along the way. In an effort to help everyone find a path to their fullest potential, we created Pathways to Potential as a way to break down barriers and deliver services where people need them.
The Pathways approach works collaborative with families, schools, and communities to target five outcome areas: reducing chronic absenteeism, education, health, safety and self-sufficiency. It also relies on a number of support networks and partnerships to wrap their arms around children and families to help them succeed. More information is available in the most recent annual report.
