COVID Coach was created for everyone to support self-care and overall mental health during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Mindfulness Coach was developed to help everyone learn how to practice mindfulness. The app provides a gradual, self-guided training program designed to help you understand and adopt a simple mindfulness practice.
Insomnia Coach was created for everyone to help manage insomnia. It can be used as a standalone education and self-care tool, or as an addition to professional mental health care.
MOVE! Coach Is a 19-week program that guides participants to weight loss success through education, and use of tools, in an easy and convenient way.
