Tenney, then State Librarian of Michigan, signed and certified the original as a correct copy on Aug. 31, 1886. This digital copy has been made available by ProQuest Information & Learning Co., on the occasion of the opening celebration of the Martha W. Griffiths Michigan Rare Book Room.
