The Michigan Parole Board is working to review cases that can be safely released under current law.  Please do not contact the parole board to ask if your loved one can be considered for parole or early release. The parole board is already reviewing all eligible cases and those receiving parole are being scheduled for parole at the earliest potential date allowed under law.

Any other questions should be directed to one of the three hotline numbers above. Please do not call the parole board directly.

The Parole Board, comprised of 10 members appointed by the Director, is responsible for parole decisions after an offender has served his or her minimum sentence.
