Financial statements that are due for submission to Charitable Gaming will be extended until thirty (30) days after any emergency order has been lifted.
This grace period applies to all license types.
If your organization has received a financial statement delinquency notice this also applies to your organization.
Charitable Gaming urges players and members of our licensed organizations to follow any Emergency Orders issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

Please use the financial statement that is provided in your license packet. It should be completed in full, signed by the principal officer of the organization, and submitted to the Charitable Gaming Division.
Financial statements for one-time events (raffle, special bingo, and special charity game) are due by the 10th of the month following the event. Financial statements for annual licenses (weekly bingo and annual charity game ticket) are to be filed by the 10th of the month following the end of the quarter.
Completed financial statements may be emailed to CG-Additional-Info@michigan.gov or faxed to 517-267-2285.
