Approximately 13,000 Michigan children are in foster care at any given time. We need your help to provide a safe, nurturing home for these children until they can be returned to their families. Find out how you can become a foster parent.

There are thousands of ways to share your love of the outdoors with a child at Michigan's 102 state parks! Find an event that would be fun for your foster family at www.michigan.gov/dnrcalendar. From archery to windsurfing, we have recreational programs and nature-based educational opportunities for everyone - and almost all of them are free!
