Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), Division of Maternal Infant Health, holds quarterly Mother Infant Health and Equity Collaborative (MIHEC) Meetings to bring the communities' work together, and ensure multi-sector partners have a space to work together to address upstream inequities. This work is part of Michigan's Maternal Infant Health & Equity Improvement Plan. Anyone with an interest in maternal & infant health and equity is welcome and encouraged to attend.
