*The FAE&T Program is jointly administered by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Workforce Development (LEO-WD). Because areas with low numbers of potentially eligible participants are extremely difficult to serve efficiently, FAE&T is not yet available statewide. LEO-WD, in consultation with local Workforce Development Boards, will continue to evaluate FAE&T service delivery areas on a county-by-county basis.
