When MIOSHA Enforcement Visits Online Course

What You’ll Learn:

Attendees from both the construction and general industry sector will gain an insight of the process and procedures a MIOSHA compliance officer follows while conducting a workplace inspection and how to respond to MIOSHA citations.  Topics covered include inspection types, employer/employee rights and responsibilities, and penalty reduction factors. This program will assist attendees in preparing for an inspection.  Attendees will be provided with interactive exercises to reinforce the principles discussed in the course.

  • October 1 - December 15, 2020 (register between October 1 - December 8, 2020 to participate)

  • January 1 - March 15, 2021 (register between January 1 - March 8, 2021 to participate)

  • April 1 - June 15, 2021 (register between April 1 - June 8, 2021 to participate)

  • July 1 - September 15, 2021 (register between July 1 - September 8, 2021 to participate)

The Non-Credit/Continuing Education Form is required by Macomb Community College, before registering, if it has been more than two years since attending MCC or MTI at any of the 30 statewide cosponsor locations.

If your MTI student record is current, (attending in past two years), or if you are new to MTI (creating a brand new student record), use the link below to register and pay online.

  2. Search Keyword: miosha (not case sensitive), click Submit.
  3. Check the check box to select, "When MIOSHA Enforcement Visits," click Submit.
  4. Enter Name, Email, Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number, Birth Date, Residence Address, Citizenship, click Submit, optional choices, click Submit.
  5. Select drop down, Register Now (check out), card type (V, MC, D), enter card details and Card Billing Address, click Submit.

Registration confirmation will display, receipt will be emailed to you immediately, and logon and password with steps to begin the course online, will be emailed within 1-3 days.
