Renewing a Registration

Prepaid Funeral and Cemetery Contract Seller/Provider registrations expire 3 years from date of issuance. 

A renewal notice will be mailed to the last address on record approximately 60 days prior to the registration expiration date. The renewal can be complete online with a credit card or by mail with a check or money order. 

Change of Address:

Licensees must ensure the Department has the most current address on file so that the renewal application will be received. 


Within 60 days after expiration date of registration, a registrant must submit an "Application for Seller/Provider Registration and Reinstatement application (Form BCS/LFC-010) along with a Prepaid Funeral and Cemetery Sales Act Annual Report (Form BCS/LFC-100).
