July 24, 2013 - The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) has immediately suspended the Michigan license to practice osteopathic medicine surgery of Paul Randal Miluk, D.O. of Niles, Michigan.
On June 20, 2013, Miluk pled guilty to Attempted Controlled Substance Delivery to Commit Criminal Sexual Conduct and Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree by Force or Coercion, and False Report of a Felony. Miluk is scheduled to be sentenced on July 29, 2013.
On July 17, 2013, LARA issued an order summarily suspending Miluk’s license pursuant to the Public Health Code which provides for the summary suspension of a health professional’s license when it finds that the public health, safety, or welfare requires emergency action.
