February 28, 2013 - The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing Cloverland Electric Cooperative to implement its 2013 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) factor for its Cloverland and Edison Sault legacy service territories.
Under the terms of the settlement, the utility is authorized to implement a PSCR factor of up to 9.39 mills per kilowatt-hour (kWh) in its monthly bills to its retail electric customers in its Cloverland legacy service territory during the 2013 plan year based on a 66.55 mills per kWh PSCR basing point, and a PSCR factor of up to 5.19 mills per kWh in its monthly bills to its retail electric customers in its Edison Sault legacy service territory during the 2013 plan year based on a 67.51 mills per kWh PSCR basing point.
The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
