Help celebrate fall at our 24th annual Children's Harvest Festival. This camper-only event has become a popular fall camping weekend, so be sure to make your reservation well in advance. The event is aimed at getting children outdoors and to provide families a safe location to appreciate a Michigan fall weekend and harvest season. The fun begins Friday evening. Remember to bring campsite decorations, costumes and candy (we approximate 800 children in attendance) if trick-or-treating is able to occur this year. We will be crafting with all ages this year! If possible, please bring crayons, markers, scissors and staplers with you for crafts. A full schedule of activities will be available upon check-in. To learn more, call the park at 231-798-3711 or e-mail Melissa VanderVelde at email@example.com.
Please note: The DNR may have to scale back some parts of our popular harvest festivals due to COVID-19 operational procedures and protocols designed to protect the health and safety of visitors, volunteers and staff.
Dates occasionally change and events may be canceled due to inclement weather and other reasons. Please call the park to confirm dates/times prior to your arrival.
