  • COVID-19 and CEPI Support Availability

    As of Monday, March 16, the State of Michigan’s Office of the State Employer has encouraged all employees who can work from home to do so in order to comply with social distancing recommendations. Please rest assured our employees have the tools and resources to support our education partners, customers and stakeholders from any location. Our Customer Support team will continue to provide consistent and reliable support.

    Please note that due to budget constraints caused by COVID-19, CEPI staff will be unavailable on Fridays from May 22 through July 24. While we are unable to answer phone calls while working from home, voicemail will be checked and responded to during our service hours (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday). Please email us at CEPI@michigan.gov at any time.
