Temporary Changes to Submitting Security Forms
As of Monday, March 23, in accordance with Governor Gretchen Whitmer's "Stay Home, Stay Safe" executive order, CEPI staff are currently working from home. Our Customer Support team will continue to provide consistent and reliable support. Our service hours remain from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT. While we are no longer able to answer phone calls during this period, we will be checking voicemail daily and responding to all inquiries via email. We will no longer be able to receive CEPI application security forms via fax. You must email all CEPI application security forms to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will continue to send any necessary updates as the situation evolves. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow cdc.gov and the World Health Organization for the latest COVID-19 updates.
To access a CEPI data collection application, you must complete and submit the security agreement form. Most forms must be signed by your lead administrator, as listed in the Educational Entity Master. Security forms can be scanned and sent by email to email@example.com.
Please allow up to three business days for us to process your form. We will email you once your form has been processed.
By signing a CEPI security form, you agree to protect student privacy and abide by all state and federal laws that govern the use of education data. You also agree to protect your user identification and password from unauthorized use. Allowing anyone else to use your account will result in the account being deleted.
For a list of CEPI application users for your entity, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your entity name and code and the subject "Authorized Users," and we can provide you with that list.
